• A peer-reviewed, semi-annual scientific journal published by the College of Law, University of Sumer, for publishing specialized scientific research in the various branches of legal sciences. Publication occurs after rigorous scientific evaluation by accredited reviewers renowned for their scientific expertise in their respective fields. The journal does not publish research that does not adhere to established scientific research methodologies.
