Abstract

The article examines the effectiveness of international arbitration mechanisms in resolving disputes in the field of private law. The author analyzes the key aspects of the functioning of arbitration، including its advantages and disadvantages in comparison with judicial proceedings، as well as the impact of international norms and standards on the practice of arbitration proceedings. The paper examines the factors influencing the choice of arbitration as a method of dispute resolution، and substantiates the need to increase confidence in this mechanism. The prospects for the development of international arbitration institutions in the context of globalization and economic integration are also considered
