The Criminal behaviour Occurring Between Incestuous Relatives and Its Impact on Abortion and Lineage

Abstract

There is no doubt that deviant behavior، the violation of moral and religious prohibitions، and indulgence in immoral practices have become widespread in many parts of the world. This is primarily due to the spread of moral decay، the loss of modesty، and the absence of protective concern for family honour and sanctity. Consequently، incest is considered a reprehensible act under all divine and man-made legal systems، as these systems provide for oversight and impose penalties on perpetrators of such crimes. Depending on the legal framework، these penalties may include، execution، imprisonment، or detention. The consequences of incest are extremely serious، causing significant harm to both individuals and society as a whole. These consequences are reflected in the disruption of family lineage and the abandonment of children resulting from such relationships. As a result، these children often suffer throughout their lives، losing their legal lineage، rights، family care، and parental attention. As they grow older، feelings of resentment and hatred may develop within them.
