Civil Liability Arising from the Lease of a pharmacist،s License

Abstract

During their academic life، learners undergo a The pharmacist plays a fundamental role in safeguarding human health; therefore، the profession of pharmacy should be recognized as one of great importance، comparable to the role of the physician. Both professions ultimately aim at treating individuals and preserving public health through disease prevention. Historically، when the two disciplines were closely intertwined، many physicians practiced pharmacy، while many pharmacists performed basic medical procedures. This demonstrates the close relationship between the professions of pharmacy and medicine and confirms that these two professions have cooperated for many centuries. Despite the distinguished status of the pharmacy profession، the leasing of a pharmacy license، even for a limited period، gives rise to various legal implications and issues. Among these issues is the very possibility of leasing a pharmacy license، as many individuals have not entered into lease agreements concerning this type of service. Under the current laws، there are no clear guidelines regulating the mechanism of such leasing arrangements due to the absence of a specific legal framework governing them.
